西安交通大学药学院队近日在高影响因子专业学术期刊Journal of the American Chemical Society上发表题为Chaperone-Mediated Regulation of Tau Phase Separation, Fibrillation, and Toxicity的研究文章，研究发现分子伴侣Bri2 BRICHOS（1）调节Tau蛋白相分离并抑制液固转变的成熟，（2）通过防止二次成核过程来抑制原纤维的产生，以及（3）电生理测量中抑制Tau诱导的毒性。研究展示了如何利用分子伴侣来保护健康的 Tau 蛋白构象，这些构象可以发展成为未来基于蛋白质的治疗策略，以对抗蛋白质错误折叠疾病。                              

研究团队采用BMG的FLUOstar Omega 酶标仪跟踪在不存在和存在Bri2 BRICHOS的情况下， Tau 二次成核进程。在 37 °C 的 FLUOStar Omega 读板机中每 10 分钟测量一次荧光，在荧光读数之间用300 rpm进行的轨道振荡，持续9分钟，获取ThT动力学曲线。                                   

BMG的PA-QIUC型号专为RT-QUIC实验配置，具有100-1100rpm范围内连续可调振荡频率，线性、圆周和双圆周3种振荡方式，为长时程持续振荡专门加固的光路、托盘和数据传输线，以及防止水汽凝结的三明治式温控方式，为RT-QUIC实验提供稳定的检测。
